Common Questions

We do our best to color match all our designs so what you see on screen is what you get. However the colors may vary slightly. If you have any questions about a particular design, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
When you receive an email from us, there should be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Alternatively, you can reply to the email with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’.
Due to the nature of the printing technique used, white streaks may appear on the t-shirt around the seams, especially under the armpits, around the shoulders and around the collar of the shirt. The t-shirt will need a wash & these marks will disappear.
Click login at the top of the site, you can enter an email address and password to create your account.
You can reset your password by clicking the Forgotten Password link on the login page. Then typing your email address you used to sign up with. An email will be sent to you with your password reset instructions.

My Order

If you chose one of the shipping options with tracking, you can track your order by checking your emails for the tracking ID, then clicking on ‘Track my order‘. If you don’t have your Order ID, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
No you don’t, however we recommend creating an account so you can easily track your order and make future purchases faster. You can create an account on our Register Page.
You will get an email with the address you provided. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will confirm your order status.
If you catch us quickly! Orders are normally fulfilled within 3-5 working days. So if you want to add another product to your order, please get in touch and we will try to help.
If you contact us as soon as possible with your correct details, we may be able to change your address if the products haven’t been shipped. If you’re too late, we will have to wait to receive the item(s) back before we can send them to the correct address.

Delivery/Shipping

We normally take 3-5 business days to fulfil the order – as all designs are printed when your place the order. Once this has been shipped, you will get an email. For more information about shipping times, please see our Shipping Information page.
The only countries we do not ship to is Cuba, Iran and North Korea.
It varies depending on location, order size and other factors. Shipping prices are calculated at the cart page once we know where you’re located.

If you tell us your new details, we won’t be able to change the details until we receive the order back – once we receive it, we will ship it to your correct address. If you need to update your address, please contact us.
It will be delivered to your nearest Post Office ready for you to collect. You normally have 28 days to collect your order before it gets returned back to us.
Yes we can, you can set a shipping address on the checkout page.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Yes. If you send it back to us, we will exchange this for you, you may have to pay the extra shipping fees. For more information about returning/exchanging an item, please see our Returns Policy.
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we can issue a refund once we have received the items back. You will not be refunded for the shipping fees if your order has already been sent out. For more information about returning/exchanging an item, please see our Returns Policy.
Once we have received the returned items, we will issue a refund within two business days. For more information about returning an item, please see our Returns Policy.
Yes. Please contact us and we will send you a replacement. We may require photos as proof before we can send out another.

If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us with as much information as you can and we will fix any issues which may be stopping you.
Please double check your card details and if the issue still occurs please contact us. Alternatively you could use a different payment method.
