Common Questions

How do I know if the item will fit me?

Please see our size guide to see clothing measurements and how to measure your sizes. If you’re still unsure, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

How accurate are the colors compared to what we see here?

We do our best to color match all our designs so what you see on screen is what you get. However, the colors may vary slightly. If you have any questions about a particular design, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How do I unsubscribe from The Fact Shop newsletter?

When you receive an email from us, there should be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Alternatively, you can reply to the email with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’.

Why are there white streaks on my t-shirt?

Due to the nature of the printing technique used, white streaks may appear on the t-shirt around the seams, especially under the armpits, around the shoulders, and around the collar of the shirt. The t-shirt will need a wash & these marks will disappear.

How do I create an account?

Click My Account at the top of the site, you can enter an email address and password to create your account.

I have forgotten my password – what shall I do?

You can reset your password by clicking the Forgotten Password link on the login page. Then type the email address you used to sign up. An email will be sent to you with your password reset instructions.

My Order

Where is my order?

You can track your order by checking your emails for the tracking ID, then clicking on ‘Track my order‘. If you don’t have your Order ID, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Do I need an account to place an order online?

No, you don’t, however, we recommend creating an account so you can easily track your order and make future purchases faster. You can create an account on our Register Page.

How will I know if you have received my order?

You will get an email with the address you provided. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will confirm your order status.

Can I add items to an existing order?

If you catch us quickly! Orders are normally fulfilled within 2-7 business days. So if you want to add another product to your order, please get in touch and we will try to help.

I’ve placed an order and my details are wrong, how can I update them?

If you contact us as soon as possible with your correct details, we may be able to change your address if the products haven’t been shipped. If you’re too late, we will have to wait to receive the item(s) back before we can send them to the correct address.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


When will I receive my order?

We normally take 2-7 business days to fulfill the order – as all designs are printed when your place the order. Once this has been shipped, you will get an email. For more information about shipping times, please see our Shipping Information page.

Do you ship to my country?

The only countries we do not ship to are Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

How much does shipping cost?

It varies depending on location, order size, and other factors. Shipping prices are calculated on the cart page once you fill out the “Calculate Shipping” box.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by checking your emails for the tracking ID, then go to Track my order. If you don’t have your Order ID, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?

If you tell us your new details, we won’t be able to change the details until we receive the order back – once we receive it, we will ship it to your correct address. If you need to update your address, please contact us.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

It will be delivered to your nearest Post Office ready for you to collect. You normally have 28 days to collect your order before it gets returned back to us.

Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, we can, you can set a shipping address on the checkout page.


My item is the wrong size, can I exchange it?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing guides – we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

If for some reason the size you ordered doesn’t match the label on the clothing, please contact us and we’ll be happy to exchange for the correct size or refund you.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

My item has been printed wrong, can I exchange it?

Please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help. We may require photos as proof before we can send out another.


I cannot process my order, what now?

If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us with as much information as you can and we will fix any issues which may be stopping you.

Why does it say my card details are incorrect?

Please double-check your card details and if the issue still occurs please contact us. Alternatively, you could use a different payment method.
